what you need to know about Gateway fitness

We offer a plethora of Fitness rooms and equipment throughout our complex in order to provide a diverse fitness experience, where you can experiment with different tools and techniques to get the best workout possible. 

Gateway is offering a modified selection of fitness classes at our complex, in order to be extra cautious with the new norm. Expect a few classes each day with limited sizes, taught in carefully planned room that allows for social distancing, as well as enhanced cleaning measures.

Fitness FAQ's

The second floor of our complex can be utilized by anyone of the ages 18 years or older. Anyone below the ages of 18 must are not allowed downstairs even with a guardian/adult. The Cardio room upstairs is for all ages.

Our fitness classes range from 30 min-50 min long

You can sign up for our fitness classes by email, phone, and in person at our front desk. 

We have day passes to utilize our entire facility for the day for only $15. fitness classes are $2 for members and $4 for non members.

Due to ensuring proper capacity, once a payment is received the payment will be final with no refund.
